Claudia Hek was born on november 5th 1975 on the rustic dutch island Terschelling, which she quickly left in the dust for Amsterdam, spending about 1 month at the Rietveld art academy before realizing her rock n' roll vision of art wouldn't be encouraged there. Moving on from scary realistic portraiture to striking pin-ups and other so called low-brow themes such as tiki and mexican art.
Her style is much valued by garage rock bands world wide for posters and t-shirt designs, also doing the printing herselve.

Claudia exhibited her work all over the world in places such as Melbourne, Vancouver, Bern, New Jearsy, Chicago, Berlin and Amsterdam.
